I lived there for a few years while I was going to school at CU Boulder. I highly suggest that no one live there. The walls are thin and the electrical outlets are placed in such a way that you can spy on your neighbor's.

The apartments are pretty nice for the most part. However, there is a major problem with parking. You cannot find parking after 8pm. You have to circle around to see if you find something. Also, people drive through the neighborhood at 50 mph. I have seen two accidents happen right in front of my balcony because of this.

The layouts are good but you can easily hear the people above or below you. Also don't bother cleaning on your way out because they'll hit you with a bill anyway. I Mr. Cleaned the hell out of my apartment and they still hit me with a $200 cleaning fee

They will blare an alarm throughout the buildings, as loud as a fire alarm, saying their *might* be an emergency and that you should stay put. It will play over and over again while you can't even leave the building. Absolutely miserable. And of course, not once has there actually been an emergency, just up to an hour of […]

When you walk through the apartments they have set up for show everything looks nice and wonderful and then you sign a lease and move into your apartment. Everything in the apartments is ancient, even if you pay extra for the so called upgrades. The water heater was leaking water when we first moved in and the tech basic […]

We got a quote for a 3 bedroom apartment. When we first met with a leasing agent, they said that utilities were included as a flat rate in the monthly rent. When we moved forward to sign the lease, the lease did not include utilities in the amount quoted for rent. It was going to be an additional $200 per month on top of […]

Where should I begin? I am a current resident of these apartments. Terrible management - rude and inconsiderate. In particular Priscilla, the general manager, who is arrogant and takes no consideration for the concerns brought up to her related to the safety of the tenants. She speaks in a condescending and unprofessiona […]

AC Wall of Shame

It’s a tale as old as time: the cavernous divide between the extravagance of the elite and the struggles of the everyday individual. AIR Communities board and executive members, with their opulent lifestyles and towering wealth, might project an image of success. However, beneath the gilded façade is a far more unsettling narrative. The countless tenants of their properties, those who truly understand the real cost of their empire, paint a far grimmer picture. Pest invasions, hidden charges, and rude staff behavior are but a few of the many agonies residents are subjected to. It’s apparent that the gleaming offices where decisions are made remain untouched by the sound of rattling pipes or the frustrations of misquoted utility bills. Yet, as the board members celebrate their financial triumphs, a poignant truth rings out: prosperity, when gained at the cost of humanity and basic decency, is no triumph at all. In a world where value is often gauged by material gain, let us remember that the well-being of people should always be paramount. Profit is not everything; integrity, compassion, and genuine care are the true measures of success.  Air Communities Wall of Shame
