UPDATE: In the past 3 weeks, the elevator broke again and took 2 weeks to fix and the fire alarm is currently on again. The proximity to the park and the gym are the only redeeming qualities, shoutout to MyFormula360. Leaving this review during the 5th random fire alarm in the past month. It is beyond loud and more obnoxious than anybody could possibly imagine, and has gone off at night and daytime (meetings have been disturbed since I work from home). It will stay on for at least 30 minutes until the fire department shows up. The elevator breaks frequently and won't be repaired for at least a week. Somebody parked in my spot and even though I let management know my car was towed from parking in a different temporary spot. We are on our 3rd property manager. Homeless people will sneak into the garage. Maintenance shows up unannounced very frequently and loudly during the day for random inspections. Only living here because I got a deal, not worth the actual price at all.
