Update: Its been about a week or a week and a half and the fire alarm has gone off 2 more times. This place is just a major headache and not worth it. I've lived here for 7 months now and these are all the things that have happened. 1. Fire alarms - The fire alarm is super loud and has gone off around 3 times with 2 of those being a false alarm. The response time to turn it off is normally around 30 minutes or so. All these happened at night or at 5 am. 2. Service - We're on property manager number 3 right now. There is no leasing office or on-site maintenance. Our apartment flooded and it took them 3 hours to come and turn it off. The emergency maintenance is an automated system that says someone will contact you and no one does. 3. Security/reliability - There are homeless people that sleep in our parking garages and they leave their stuff there. The parking garages can be broken into, but it's never fixed. Today, the parking garage gate and stairwells were out of power so there were like 5-6 people stuck in the parking garage. At the same time, the stairwell closest to the elevator had human poop and smell of pee in the air. 4. Increased Rent - From the apartments I've seen listed they've gone up 300 or so from what we're paying. There really is nothing worth paying for here minus the location.
