I lived here between 10/2022 and 10/2024. Below is my assessment: TL;DR - Do NOT stay here. Every single negative review you see is true. Many of the positive review you see may be a review of the maintenance, which tricks you to write a review of the entire apartment experience. Pros: 1) Location - great location next to Piedmont Park 2) Apartment itself - apartments are spacious compared to newer building. 3) Maintenance - any issues with the apartment, in my 2 year experience, were very quickly and professionally addressed. No issues 4) access to the private gym was amazing - and to me was the best part of the complex. CONS: 1) Building safety - there is no management on site and this is corporately managed and they do not care AT ALL about your safety. Every single review regarding homeless people entering the building is completely true. Despite MULTIPLE complaints from members, management couldn't even do something as simple as changing the door code. Absolutely inappropriate. Mail - Over 2 years, I've had thousands of dollars of mail stolen from me (absolutely no exaggeration). There are secure lockers upstairs but packages are generally left in lobby and easy picking for anyone/homeless. If I was out of town for a weekend and package got delivered on Friday, guaranteed it would not be there by Sunday. I had my engagement ring for my fiance stolen. I ended up having to deliver anything of value to UPS to pick up in person because any sort of package delivery was almost certain to be stolen. Management - overall management was exceptionally poor. As its corporate owned, they try to attract you with long leases and lower prices, then they nickel and dime you out of your security check. My moving out process was equally as terrible. Despite MULTIPLE surveys requesting overall feedback, management simply will ignore any complaints and requests. You have been warned! I absolutely would not stay here - I regret staying here - I would do everything in your power to live somewhere else
