All I have is a first contact. Made an appointment for a virtual tour, someone from the complex called to confirm- then they ghosted me. I called to ask "hey what happened ? ". No one would answer the phone. But immediately after I reached out I got a text stating I can't answer the phone but I can talk via text.???. When by text I asked what happen, I was lied to stating no one had called me- however I have my call record to show otherwise. I am truly THANKFUL this place showed their incompetence early on. It saved me a year of horror. There are many places to rent from- avoid this one.
