Moved here 6 months ago and although the leasing staff was very nice, this complex (building 2) is a huge disappointment. I had a luxury apartment in Houston for almost $2000 less per month than what I pay here. I am paying for garage parking but have to park on the roof every evening after 6:00. The garage gate has been broken at least 4 weeks now. The trash chutes are full most of the time. The hallways are not air conditioned in 98+ degree weather and stink from the pets. The garage door on the 3rd floor (across from #321) has been broken/unlocked for months because the doors have been propped open for moving so many times. Anyone off the street could easily get in the building, there is absolutely no security features. Having to pay for parcel delivery is the most infuriating with horrible service and difficult to resolve issues. Don't dare make the mistake of ordering a weekly food plan. Mine was delivered 10 days late in June and you can imagine the disgusting mess and the PP cannot acknowledge or decipher what might need rush delivery. I'm paying for wasted services which are required in the lease. They advertise the most updated services and appliances however every building is different depending on availability. The only positive is being close to the medical center. However the cons far outweigh the pros and I cannot wait to give my notice. Don't be fooled by the website.
