They changed parking terms mid lease to be 50-100 for a reserved spot which is over 50% of the open space. If you just pay the 25 for regular spot you have no luck of ever finding a spot because 50% of the spots are "assigned" with no one parking in them because no one is that stupid. They basically decreased all available spots by 50% to force people to pay more or you don't get parking. Many tenants are planning on legal actions as this violates the lease for 2022 residents
