As a current tenant(2020) stuck here until August next year(2021). Do yourself a favor and find something else . Way too overpriced and not at all worth what you pay for . Pros: you live near college, hospital, police and fire stations. Cons: never any parking past 6pm, construction all around you, gym is barely open, if you park in street/side parking they fine you . They WILL pocket as much as they can. I just find it extremely manipulative for the person who did my paperwork and everything to say "If you sign today you will receive a $2000 gift card in the mail by mid august" still yet to be delivered . Edit: Would not help with letting me move back home without paying an obscene amount for breaking a lease. Terrible service from the beginning . I do not recommend these apartments. You are better off spending your money on something more affordable and with a apartment complex who will help when times are rough like how coivd was to everyone . I needed surgery in my other knee but I couldn't work to afford rent , so instead of finding me a alternative or a solution where I'm not stuck in debt, what do they do ? They leave me with a $10000 bill. And I only signed because I was told I would get a $2000 gift card in the apartment mail box BY AUGUST . I moved out in January . Horrible and GREEDY. Edit #2: THE REPLY WAS ALL TO SAVE FACE. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED TO REMEDY THE SITUATION AND IVE ALSO SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS . THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT TRUST THEM.
