I actually enjoyed my time at this apartment building and don't have many complaints about it. So why the 1 star? The leasing office (and owners) know that the majority of people living here are students. The lease lengths that they offer are all odd. Depending on when you are looking, you may be offered a 10 month, 13 month, 18 month, and 21 month options all at the same time. Why is this a problem, you ask? Because the leasing office will intentionally not give you an option to sign a lease that ends around the time that a semester ends at the school. Leases will end on mid-semester months only such as March, June, October, etc. I paid over $5k more than I intended to just because I couldn't get out of my lease until a couple of months after graduation. Be very careful before you sign a lease here.
