I currently live here and the property management company is absolutely awful. The location is fantastic, but this management company will scam you every step of the way and refuse to take ownership of what they done. If you do live here, make sure you document everything that they tell you in writing because otherwise, they will backtrack on what they told you and refuse to take accountability.
