I stayed here for a year, here is my review: 1) the utilities are old, dirty, and malfunction 2) the walls are paper thin. I can hear EVERYTHING in my neighbors house, and every single step of the neighbor upstairs 3) customer service is horrible You will be paying extremely high rent and for what? I wanted to live close to the university that is why I rented here, HUGE mistake, get an apartment nearby but don't get scammed here. They will also have TONS of hidden fees (I paid more than $3300 for a single month because they didn't extend my lease when I asked them to from the first day of leasing). Do not trust them!
