Hidden fees galore. Unlike any other apartment I have been at, they expect you to have the apartment professionally cleaned by their company or an outside one upon move out (around $200 fee). They additionally charge a painting fee... because apparently paint has a 4-year shelf life and they charge each renter the entire 4 years ($10+ a month for a studio). So because I lived in the apartment for 2 years, I need to pay an additional 2 years (~$300). None of these were mentioned in the original lease, so I am unclear how that makes any of this okay. One positive is the pool is pretty. Oh and they took over a month to fix my air conditioner in May (:
