We just moved out and we were charged with cleaning fees like $410 for repainting, $125 for heavy cleaning, $225 for the fridge cleaning, and $190 for a full clean-up. These costs are way over the top, especially since we were told we couldn't hire our own cleaning service. They do not provide itemized charges from the contractor. Instead they will just send you a pdf of the fees of whatever amount they want to charge you. It's not worth it paying over $2000 monthly to have to bear the noise making by the neighbor living upstair. Not only noise, can also feel the floor shaking and vibration coming from the upstair. Waken up early in the morning and can't focus on working during the day. Terrible living experience. Everything keeps the same even after complaining to the landlord. It's like living downstair is supposed to be taken advantage of by the ones living upstair when the rent is not cheap at all!
