I have been living here for more than a year and love my home. I got late for the rent payment by a day and I requested to wave off the late fee. The community manager was super rude to me when i received a call from her. The portal went down for a day and a half during the payment time period of 4 days. I accepted my fault of not trying again and forgetting to do it on time. I apologized multiple times and requested a wave off. All she did for me was laughing at me on the phone. If she could not do it, that's a separate story but she was rude and laughed at me. Horrible. Very disappointed.
