very expensive, espcially if you have pets. management hiked the rent by at least $100 every year on us, as they KNEW students like us from across the street are bound to want to live near school. not to mention there are rat traps everywhere, and i've heard rats crowling in the ceilings when sleeping at night - ew! my 1 bed 1 bath is currently costing us $1600 a month for a small 700 square feet, that is excluding any parking fee, pet fee, and whatever other charges they manage to get on our rent. definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. if you are a student from anschutz, you will find more peace of mind living elsewhere, anywhere at all, and they might have a jacuzzi and less smelling gym, and not worry about starving yourself to make the next months rent.
