My son and daughter in law moved in to 21 Fitzsimons Apartment Homes last week of June,and what a terrible experience it started for them, they were charged a $125 late fee for their first month, since it was their first month and things were all over place. My son contact Brian Norton GM and Georgina Diaz trying to explain to them the situation science it was the first time and the first month move in was hoping they will understand. Guess what they wanted to play hard ball with him and declined to resolve the situation but they were wrong. Shame on you guys! How you treat your future and current tenants.
