Everything was great until the dishonesty of Fitzsimmons 21 at moveout time. They keep all of your deposit and bill even more. We have never been treated with such dishonesty. Frankly i wouldn't rent from them over the way they treat you ay moveout. They charge cleaning fee which is ok, but also charge a repaint fee which is not ok when we didn't have any marks on the walls, ( we have several friends who will vouch as we all 6 of us inspected as we left). They also charge a monthly billing fee to send you your bill via e-mail which should be a cost of doing business, not charged to the resident.
