Do not move in here!!!! Constantly upping the rent. Said they were too busy to do a walk through with us when we moved out a couple weeks ago. So we got a final bill statement of 325.29. Which is reasonable. Then we get a phone call saying we have to pay by June 15th. Or else it goes to collections. So we called yesterday to pay the final amount of 325 and the lady told me our revised final statement is now 5 thousand dollars......what?!!!! Nowhere in our lease agreement does it say they can "revise" our final account statement. And just now notifying us now. Management is horrendous. All that monthly rent paid to just listen to construction the entire time of living there. Stay away from this place.
