Extremely disappointed in the move out at this complex. In all my apartment rental history I have always received a full deposit back, a history of perfect move out conditions. At 21 Fitzsimons no matter what the condition it is a $150 cleaning fee plus they require walls to be repainted $110 (the service manager said no matter your condition you get charged these fees). Our furniture never touched the walls and when we moved in it was not freshly painted as we noted on our move in inspection with Matthew. We are extremely disappointed in the way they choose to do business with their residents.
