The management company is terrible. There is constant construction. Everything about this place is like, that seems like a nice idea, but it's terribly executed. In spite of being so new, so many things are already falling apart, or having to be fixed or remodeled. Also, they do things like replacing the hot tub with a bocce ball court to "improve the community". Who actually would rather have bocce ball than a hot tub? Oh yeah, a cheap management company who cares more about appearances than quality.
