The first weekend I moved in here, I was locked out of the complex because the key fob didn't work at 1am. Called the emergency line and was told I would have to wait and could not be buzzed in because it "wasn't an emergency". I was merely given a new FOB the next day and the incident was just ignored. In addition, we have had several issues with utilities and payments which cannot seem to be resolved. Only plus is being so close to the campus. **it has now been two weeks since I emailed the ICanHelp email and still have gotten no response, similar to what happened when this issue originally occurred** **after two months and various emails to George at the I can help email, I have still not gotten any response, I cannot wait till my lease ends and to move out of here**
