Please do yourself a favor and don't live here. My husband and I moved here because it seemed safe seeing that you have to use key fobs to enter the building. However, a few weeks after we moved in, they started doing construction in our lobby and keep our front doors unlocked 24/7. They destroyed our lobby and nice study/lounge area for a second gym that no ones needs. There has been constant construction on anything and everything ever since we moved in here, but they refuse to fix doors that don't work. They also don't salt or plow parking lots or neighborhood roads when it snows, so expect to slip and slide all over and for carrying in groceries to be 10 times harder. And to top it all off, they just made some new backyard "enhancements." What are these new, wonderful "enhancements," you ask? They filled in our hot tub with concrete and are giving us corn hole and bocce ball in return. That's what they consider "enhancements." This place is way too overpriced and the company does not care at all about residents. All they care about is money. Please for your own sanity and wallet, choose another place to live. We are counting down the days until we can move out of here.
