Update - I think "working with" Tyson is an interesting statement to use. I was supposed to hear back from him within 24 hours of our original phone call on August 6. I have since called and/or left a message 5+ times to no avail. To anyone thinking of living here, know that the leasing office staff and their superiors are more about putting out fires and keeping up appearances than actually caring about your concerns as a resident. As previously mentioned, if you dare to give them negative feedback on a survey, they WILL bring it up and then tell you "you're wrong" (it's happened to me and at least two other people I know). The only benefit is that it's close to the Anschutz campus... but so are a LOT of other places.
