The walls are very thin and you can hear all your neighbors. Lights in the parking lots are always out and gates are always broken. During move out we were charged for a full repaint due to our lease terms (12 months) and being charged a cleaning fee because we did not use their service. Full security deposit was used to cover this. How convenient for them. Was hung up on multiple times trying to get this sorted out. So glad we found their true colors this early so you don't have to.
