WARNING: Instead of paying for extra security to keep our cars from getting BROKEN INTO, our security is TOWING CARS of our guests from in front of the mail room area. My son's car was towed after 3 HOURS, and it's now going to cost $450 to get it out. He has a tall truck that does not fit in most of the garages. Two days before Thanksgiving. Is this what our security is for? Towing cars in a complex that has minimal guest parking and is not in the way of anything??!! HOW ABOUT PATROLING THE GARAGES WHERE OUR CARS ARE GETTING BROKEN INTO?! WHERE OUR WINDOWS ARE SMASHED REQUIRING US TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES BECAUSE AIMCO AND 3400 AVENUE OF THE ARTS TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY. Putting my notice in tomorrow to get out of here. DO NOT RENT HERE.
