I was charge all kinds of fees that were not included in the monthly fee. BE super CAREFUL look at all the fees they will charge for anything. I got charge 200 bucks for a late fee when I was enrolled on auto pay, I called then they said it was a glitch and it got fixed okay but ingot charged om my bank statement Mathew the manager is like no not on my end okay but I got charged on my bank statement no refund nothing.
