We were very close to moving into this complex until we read the reviews. Poor reviews from irritated tenants regarding maintenance is one thing. However, they charge minimum $64 a mo. per vehicle (based on 'tier' parking - aka covered or uncovered) and to have issues with towing + break ins is ridiculous. In another review, an applicant says they denied his support animal. They responded stating that people without disabilities often take advantage of support animals and that they felt he was one of those people due to where he obtained his documentation. THAT was it for me! That is blatant discrimination. They are not doctors and do not have the right or place to validate a person's disability based on where their documents were obtained. This is a violation of the ADA - Title III. If they are openly willing to discriminate on Yelp and open themselves up for a lawsuit, I can't imagine what itd be like trying to advocate for yourself when maintenence is needed or serious issues arise. Other reviews show lack of consideration for those who were impacted by COVID-19. Such inconsideration for their tenants is heartbreaking and disappointing. During our tour, we were very interested in a penthouse house but were turned off by the yellowing of windows with neighbors who proudly display empty beer bottle stickers on their windows. So disappointing to see a beautifully landscaped complex with amazing amenities display poor attitude and discriminate against people with disabilities + support animals.
