Another update from from 3400 Avenue of the Farts .... When you leave negative reviews of this place on Yelp, the "Community Manager" Matthew, will choose to end your lease agreement (Oh darn) instead of make the necessary changes to address ongoing problems in the Community. I guess if you can't take criticism, and be professional, it's best to hide from your problems and hide behind quitletly posted letters on residents' doors. You could have knocked like a man Matthew. We were home. 🙂 Do not move into this place. It's going downhill faster than Baltimore right now.
