Where should I begin? I am a current resident of these apartments. Terrible management - rude and inconsiderate. In particular Priscilla, the general manager, who is arrogant and takes no consideration for the concerns brought up to her related to the safety of the tenants. She speaks in a condescending and unprofessional manner. In my opinion, not qualified for the position. How can one expect peaceful living if the complex is managed by somebody with such terrible qualities. The place doesnt appreciate valued tenants that have lived here for many years. Paying such high price for these apartments on a border of Santa Ana and not having proper security is disappointing. Yes, there's a guard but what's the point if he waves and lets every incoming car in? In addition, the doors to the apartment buildings are constantly broken for months at a time. Strangers can easily gain access to the buildings. Multiple times, it has been communicated to the leasing office but it took approx 2 months to have it fixed. Pool had broken glass in it just recently. There used to be an attendant at both the pool and the gym area, not any more. The AC at the gym has been broken for weeks before it got fixed. The TVs at the gym are no longer on/working. There has been a shooting shattering tenant's balcony glass door and another tenant's car window, apparently from a bb gun (that's what was said by the apartment office staff). How does a bb gun bullet completely shatter thick, durable balcony door and car window in pieces? Investigation wasn't a priority and no resolution was communicated to the victims. There are always strangers at the gym and the pool -there cannot possibly be 10 people living in one apartment unit. The office is dishonest and they don't provide reasonable explanations to the brought up concerns/issues. Used to be a fun, safe, adequate apartment complex worth the high rental price but that is now in the past. Pretty much agree with all the remarks left by Second T.
