DO NOT MOVE HERE. we were there for 4 days and got out of that mess as fast as we could. thank god they have a 30 day period where you can decide to get out of your lease. the gym is nice and so is the pool. but to pay 2000$ and up for a shitty apartment in Costa mesa? yea right. not only that but one of the women who works there is a complete bitch. she was a major factor in why we left. and made some of the small problems much bigger, at first when we did our walk through the apartment didn't look bad. but after we moved in we noticed chipping cabinets, the shower was dirty when we moved in and had rust on the drain, the cabinets were from the 70s, the windows were cheap and stuck when i tried to close or open them, and all of the appliances are so cheap. not even a brand i have heard of. also we were told the street noise wasn't that bad...yea right cars race down that street all night and it sounded like we were in new york city. not to mention a car alarms going off in the parking garage for 30 min at 3am. the garage made it echo nice and loud. but its OK who needs sleep! also when i called corporate to complain about the rude employee who yelled at my husband, they said i would get my deposit and pre paid rent back in 7-10 days. well 12 days later i got a stupid note saying i would get it in 10 days. why not just send the check? it doesn't make sense to me. this whole experience wasn't a pleasant one and they are effecting me even after i moved out. take my advice...you can get something much nicer and cheaper a block from the beach instead of 3400 which is on the border of the ghetto in Costa mesa.
