Have lived here for almost 11 months... Roaches, car thefts/vandalism, barely any security, unhelpful office staff... But my 2 bdrm is nice... Here's a story... Over the last few months we've gotten emails of "hey... FYI... A car was broken into on such and such date..." This occurred probably 4 times (that we've been notified of). AND THERE ARE STILL ZERO CAMERAS IN THE STRUCTURES.... ZERRRRROOOOOOOO.... They have ONE guard do "rounds". I've never ever seen a Guard doing their rounds, just a sign on the Guard Box saying "Patrolling the community, be back soon". Oh... And my car was smashed in this morning between 3:00AM-9:45AM... And the front office lady just said file a police report online and sent me on my way. How do you expect people to respect your company? A lot of the staff are NICE PEOPLE, they just don't take care of you. It's a HUGE disappointment.
