You know I really did love living here. However, after the recent removal of ALL of the visitor parking throughout the community without giving any notice I have to say my opinion has changed. The entire process of removing the visitor parking spots throughout the community was a complete mess. They forced many residents to park in the fire lanes which is highly illegal and dangerous. A few times fire engines and paramedics had to get through and they could not due to the many cars parked in the fire lanes that the community managers told them to park in. Then after getting rid of all of the visitor parking they have now allowed "visitor parking" on the outside of the community. However, it is literally only 10 spots for an entire community of 300+. This is insane. These spots are now always taken and are a good half a mile away from some of the other apartment units. I now wonder if someone who has a home health nurse will do if there is no more visitor or guest parking near any of the actual apartments. What about people who hire those to help clean their apartment or perhaps a task rabbit? Where do they park? This is ridiculous. They never even gave us notice and still have yet to really inform us what is going on. As residents who pay so much in rent we deserve to at least be made aware before you make such drastic changes. I have to say if you are thinking of moving here I would suggest looking elsewhere where maybe you can have the opportunity to be able to invite guests over and not fear that they will have to walk miles to get to your home.
