This place is shady. They should rename their apartments "scam of the arts" because they are scamming their residents. Ridiculous fees constantly getting added to your lease. Management thinks if they just smile and nod, their residents will be okay with handing them thousands of dollars. There are so many other apartments around the area, I would not bother with these cheap apartments they try to sell to you as luxury apartments.
