Just moved out of this place. Praise the lord! Although the place looks nice, I have encountered so many issues while living here. They scammed us into paying for a wall repainting and claim it's in their contact. My fiancé and I have read through it and read nothing of that, yet they still took our money. A similar thing also happened with a cleaning fee. We paid for our own professional cleaner then they also charged us for theirs claiming it wasn't clean enough even though the place was cleaner than when we moved in... Also about every week something would be breaking down, a faucet, the sink, and even the fridge! We lost all of this food in the fridge and feezer! They finally fixed it after THREE DAYS. I tried contacting them about getting reimbursed for the food lost. Silence. No response from their team. They just ignored it. They also had leaking pipes that ruined the glass on my car. Luckily they did reimburse me for that. But it took two months of constant prodding from my end. If you choose to live here good luck. This corporate giant doesn't care about you, just your $$.
