I was amazed by how ridiculous they can get when it's getting to rob your money: I lived in many apartment and houses before living here, and never got charged a deep cleaning fee nor a repainting fee, but this place charged almost A THOUSAND dollars move out cleaning fee! They even charged the repainting fee for no reason. You also have to pay for super expensive car parking, common area utility, parcel lockers, and many thing else. What's more, the renewal offer they gave raised my 1b rent by around $500 per month. Oh and the only elevator is broken right before I move out, and they need around 3 months to fix it. So be prepared to climb the stairs with your heavy parcels frequently. The staff is hard to reach, never helpful, and frequently make false promises so don't trust whatever they told you. I believe there are many other places to live in without needing to spend so much and at the same time having an awful experience.
