My partner and I have lived here for about 2 months and we absolutely love it. Everything went crazy during COVID-19, but the management was over-communicative (which was awesome), and really went the extra mile to make sure our move happened quickly and safely. Now that we are in our beautiful, well-lit 2BD, we are so happy we made the decision to be here. Katrina and Hernan have been great on-site support and have really contributed to the sense of community here!! It is very rare to find an apartment in Silicon Valley that has this much space and sunlight. The Kitchen has reawakened my love for cooking! There is a lot of construction happening but the windows are very solid. The work has been occurring during business hours and only a minor inconvenience. We're looking forward to the pool being finished and meeting all of our new neighbors once things return to normal. --------- Addition: you will never see a cent of your deposit even if you clean the apartment because they charge you $800-900 to turn over the apartment after you leave. Not only did they not give us any of our deposit back, they charged us an addition $100+ dollars. I'm never living in an AIMCO complex again because you just get nickeled and dimed the whole time.
