We are extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service of the leasing office. Made a reservation for an in-person tour on 10/12/24 at 4:30 pm and received the confirmation email, along with the contact information of the community manager. We drove 40 minutes and arrive at 4:10pm (there was no one there). Tried calling the number on official website but there was no response (apparently the leasing office is not opened on Saturday, but the website said it is supposed to open on Saturday). Tried calling the community manager number on the confirmation email but ended up being a wrong number. It is not the customer's responsibility to validate the accuracy of information appear in both official website and confirmation email.
