DO NOT RENT HERE Very slow to respond to noise complaints, if at all (my upstairs neighbor was causing so much noise a crack appeared in my wall, management's response was always "we will try to talk to him"). The larger complaint is with how they communicate. I notified Tim Stearns on February 22nd of last year of my intent to vacate by May 20th. When it came time for my move he acted like he knew nothing about it, and I began to get threatening emails from the office demanding four thousand dollars for breaking my lease early. They never once acknowledged my proof of communication with Mr Stearns, they continue to withhold my security deposit without reason, and now - nearly a year later, with the unit long since rented out again - they have sent a collections agency after me. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the PBCP.
