Do not rent at this apartment building. They have zero on site management and there's a horrible pot smell in the building. The air conditioner on the fourth floor was broken for three weeks. Despite multiple reports to the building maintenance department of this. It did not get fixed in a timely fashion The Fix only happened once a resident left a thermometer in the hallway to record how hot it was on the fourth floor .Once I moved out they charge me $400 for re-painting a bedroom they repaint the apartment every time someone moves out, they claimed damages after I had left the building and signed the move out inspection report that stated there were no damages and I would only need to pay for the $145 cleaning fee which I agree to. This company will charge you for every tiny thing everything cost extra the rent over inflated and they are impossible to get in touch with when you need to argue about charges they have poor communication between departments and they charge thousands of dollars in rent and will double rent the apartment if you break your lease early, they'll still charge you three months rent and re-rent the apartment during those three months. UPDATE: I have now received another i voice still charging me for painting a charge I was never informed I would incur. They replied to this review publicly but have not heard anything privately to resolve this matter. Another attempt to look above bored when they are taking tenants money ans charging them for services without any agreements or prior knowledge.
