I was excited to take a tour of the Avery Row apartments while I was in the area, because from what I saw online, it looked as though this apartment complex would be a great fit for my family; however, when I stopped by today I was not impressed. My sister and sat in the lobby for over 45 minutes and no one spoke to us. We eventually asked a person in the office if they were the leasing agent, and he let us know that he was IT and that the could not help us. While the lobby and the grounds are very modern and nice, the customer service needs some work, especially for the amount of money that the company is asking for rent along with the additional fees.
