I submitted an application for a 2 bedroom apartment and was barraged with documentation requests via email. After submitting the requested documentation and ultimately being approved my plans changed prior to signing the lease and they kept my $1000 hold deposit! I am presently seeking this deposit refund in small claims court! The entire application process is vague and one-sided (all favoring the landlord) and clouded in disclaimers, all of which you have to agree to prior to even submitting the online application. Stay away from this property, there are so many other properties in the area from reputable management groups that don't try to steal an applicant's deposit!
