We lived here for three years. There were some pluses- the location is great and the maintenance staff always would come promptly. However, we had many issues with the building and would never recommend living there. To start, the pricing was outrageous. The floor plans of the one-bedrooms include the mechanical room into the square footage, making the small bedrooms even smaller than advertised. Second, each year the rent would increase by around 7%, even though for two of the years there was construction occurring across the street with loud noises starting at 6:30 am, including Saturday's. As AIMCO owned the building across the street, there was little empathy on this issue. There were hidden costs everywhere, including the package device that it the only way that packages could be received, despite the astronomical rents. Then, when we left, after paying for professional cleaning by Axiom we were charged almost the entire remainder of our security deposit (several hundred dollars) for a small amount of debris left in one of the cabinets. The amenities are middling with a gym that is never updated and interrupted by having frequent people on tours of the building. The front desk staff is occasionally helpful, although I had times when I would email them and would never hear back, so I would have to email them multiple times to get a response (as I usually couldn't speak with them in person as I work during business hours). There is high turnover in this role. Overall, the price was not worth the "convenience" of living there. Hard to recommend living here to anyone especially given there are several great new buildings in the area. The focus there is on new tenants, as there is little investment in the people who already live there.
