Moved in during April. The layout I originally applied for didn't match the 3D Tour attached to the layout. I was not allowed to do a physical tour before putting down a deposit. It was not clarified that the 3D tour video was the layout I was getting and not map layout attached, I should've asked since the map layout didn't match the 3D tour. Joe from maintenance has been extremely helpful and friendly. There is constant weight dropping in the Gym which vibrates my walls/floors...I can feel the vibrations and hear the noises in rooms furthest from the gym area. Tenaka has done her best to assist in this matter. My AC stopped working early August--I was notified it would be some time until it was fixed due to the complexity of the issue. The Window Units supplied don't cool more than half my unit due to them being attached to windows located in the rooms only. They barely cool the rooms and are very loud. The portable AC Units are also attached to Ally windows---so I now smell everything and hear everything at all hours. They have also worsened my allergies and asthma. My living room and kitchen have no windows, and circulation and cooling the area is impossible (it is only decent now due to the temp dropping low). The Living Room/Kitchen become overheated when I attempt to cook and stale air and smells linger for hours. I have been unable to utilize half my unit for more than month due to the heat and lack of circulation. It is currently more comfortable out in the common halls than in the apartment I pay rent on. I keep trying to reach out for updates---it would be nice to have a "goal" date for repairs so I can utilize the apartment I pay for. It went from a few weeks, to waiting for cooler days, to end of month.
