Trust the other reviews about extremely move out fees. I lived here for two years and upon move out was charged $615 in "damages." Specifically for resurfacing the stove and refrigerator as other reviews have also referenced. As "proof" the leasing office attached pictures of minor scrapes and small scuffs in pant that should be expected as any normal wear in an apartment that someone has lived in for two years. It's like they take advantage of every tenant upon move out to excessively charge them to update the appliances when it's entirely unnecessary. And it's impossible to talk to anyone. No one returns any calls or emails here.
