Had I reviewed the apartments before moving out, my rating would have been higher. The staff and maintenance were always responsive and resolved issues quickly. The apartment was spacious and the common areas were always clean. There were some issues with the washing machines leaking often. Loved that access was all keypad! If you're looking for a place that has communal space or amenities, probably not the best building. Moving out I was charged $185 for refrigerator resurfacing and $135 in cleaning fees. When I asked for proof they sent images of a streaked oven & minimal scratches on the fridge. I've seen other recent posts about excessive move out fees.
