I had a tour scheduled for this morning while I am in town. Made a month ago with Tenaka via email. Showed up this morning with no instructions on how to access the leasing office. The online number does not reach anyone and does not give an option to leave a voicemail. I sent a text as instructed online and the rep responding had no records of my appointment and simply messaged the leasing team instead of calling them. After pressing, I was given a number via text and was told I call call them myself if I want. I left two voicemails and also emailed Tenaka again. I left after 40 minutes outside with no responses. During the scheduling process, I constantly had to clarify/correct details to my appointment because what I received from Tenaka was incorrect based on my interests and appointment scheduling. Based on other reviews, it appears reaching staff is a consistent issue
