I would not recommend to anyone moving into Bank and Boston Lofts for many reasons, I will list some below. 1) I was told over a year ago upon move in the laundry room would be fixed up, it never was. Machines are constantly broken causing you to spend so much extra money on dirty machines just for a small load of laundry. 2) During my lease waiting for an elevator was how I spent half my time because at least one was broken at all times. There was a period of almost 24 hours (overnight included) that not a single elevator worked, I lived on the top floor with a senior dog terrified about if I needed to quickly exit in the night. The staff and maintenance NEVER even acknowledged or apologized for leaving the entire building with no elevator or safe exit, just emailed the next morning telling us to pay rent on time. 3) My move-out experience has been HORRIBLE. I have been charged almost $1,000 in move-out charges that I can not get help or even an explanation from the building manager (I have called and emailed for days) or the parent company, they are even ruder and couldn't care less about their tenant's wellbeing or even treat you like a human. I could go on forever. The bottom line is do not give these people your money if you want to live in a building run by people who actually treat you like a human being.
