Three problems that make me list this place only 2-stars. 1) If you have a noise complaint management will ignore you and you will live with it the duration of your contract 2) The city itself has gone so far downhill it is dangerous to leave or enter this building after around 7-8pm 3) The laundry room is very bad and half the time the individual washing or drying machine will not work. This has been the case for the full 2 years I have lived here. The worst is on Sunday night you throw it in dryer for 1 hour, only to figure out an hour later that machine doesn't work. Move it all into another dryer and figure out an hour later that one also doesn't work - common experience around here.
