AVOID THIS APARTMENT BUILDING. This has been one of my worst apartment experiences thus far. The leasing office lacks communication or help with problems with neighbors or amenities. If you decide to live in the Boston building make sure to have an extra budget for outside laundry service. After complaints of damaging and staining my clothes the solution from the property management team is for us to find a laundry service and pay out of pocket. They have no patience or sense of responsibility of the amenities we were sold on during our showing of the apartment. If you don't want to sleep during your work week (Monday-Thursday) then this is the place for you. If you want your car to be broken into at the parking lot closest to the building that you pay $200 a month then this is the place for you. I am counting down the days till my lease is over. This place sucks.
