The location is great and maintenance is great. Office staff is nice, but unhelpful. I had a neighbor with a dog that was barking at all hours of the night that took 3 months and an email to VPs at Aimco to deal with despite multiple complaints to the courtesy officer and directly to the leasing office. Walls are super thin even when it's not a barking dog. People walking and talking in halls multiple floors below are audible. Front entrance constantly smells like urine and they allow smokers to stand within 20 ft of the entrance (illegal in CO). If you live below the 5th floor, you're probably staring at a wall and have next to no natural light. Finally, when you move out, they charge you a $90 cleaning fee if you did not submit a professional cleaning receipt, regardless of how clean the apartment is as well as for the life of the paint, which is not something that landlords can charge tenants for. Oh, and they tried to raise my rent $100s in the middle of a pandemic.
